I started on lead-acid, with almost nothing to learn from
When I started out, I was working on lead-acid batteries — and when I went looking for material to learn the trade, there was almost none. What little existed was thin, scattered, and already behind the technology. I taught myself from fragments, the slow and expensive way, because there was no honest, current place to learn.
The field has changed completely since — lithium-ion, LFP and NMC, grid-scale systems, battery management, grid-forming inverters, and a stack of standards that shifts every code cycle. But the gap I hit as a beginner never really closed; it just moved to newer material. The knowledge exists — behind four-figure course fees, inside corporate training rooms, in the heads of people with no reason to write it down. If you don't already work at the right company, you're on the outside of it.
I don't want the engineer starting today to go through that. So I built this to fix it — to write down the version I wish I'd had, current and honest, and priced so no one has to learn this industry from scraps. That is the whole idea behind the platform.

This works because teaching is recorded once and reaches everyone. The cost of teaching each additional engineer is almost nothing — and that saving belongs to the engineers, not to a margin. Break the loop where more expensive is assumed to mean better, and what's left is the only thing that should have mattered all along: whether you actually learn to read a datasheet, size a system, and explain how the project makes money.
