Bought Grid-Scale Battery Energy Storage (BESS): Complete Guide on Udemy? That one is not here. It stays in your Udemy library, under the account you bought it with — sign in at Udemy rather than below. Nothing on this page applies to it, including the password reset.
The one the purchase was made with. The email you enter at checkout receives the access link and becomes the student account — buying for someone else? Enter their email at checkout.
If a colleague or manager bought the course for you, the account is on whichever address they entered — that is the inbox holding your access link.
Check the spam folder first: the mail is automated, and a first message from a new sender is the one most often filed there. Your access link arrives by email within minutes of payment; the course streams in your browser, in your classroom at training.bess.courses.
If it is genuinely not there, sergey@bess.courses can resend it to the address on the order.
Set a new one from the classroom's own recovery form — it emails a reset link to the address on your account.
Anything else — wrong address on the order, a payment that went through with no course, access for a second person — write to sergey@bess.courses and include the email you paid with.
