Refund Policy
This page states our refund terms plainly so you can read them before you buy, rather than finding them inside the terms afterwards. It covers courses bought directly from Evolve Energy Consulting Inc. and delivered in the classroom at training.bess.courses. Nothing here is new: these are the same terms clause 14 of the Terms sets out.
Courses that have already released
Full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided less than half the course has been completed — one email to sergey@bess.courses.
Both conditions apply together. There is no form to fill in, no restocking fee and no partial credit — the refund is the whole amount.
Courses still in production (early bird)
Buying a course while it is still being made carries its own term instead. Full refund any time until release. If the planned completion date moves, your refund right moves with it — it runs until the course actually releases, not until the date first stated. How early bird works explains the offer in full.
The professional bundle
The bundle carries its own term instead, whether or not each course inside it has released — and which term depends on when you bought it:
- Bought before 3:00 PM PDT (10:00 PM UTC) on October 15, 2026: Full refund on the whole bundle any time until October 15, 2026.
- Bought from then on: Full refund on the whole bundle within 30 days of purchase, provided less than half of the bundle’s content has been completed.
How to ask
One email to sergey@bess.courses, from the address you bought with. You don’t need an order number — we can find it — and you don’t need to give a reason, though if something was wrong with the course we’d genuinely like to know.
How the money comes back
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. How quickly the money appears on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer, and can take additional time after we have sent it.
Courses bought on Udemy
The Complete Guide is sold on Udemy. If you bought it there, Udemy’s 30-day money-back guarantee applies on Udemy’s own terms, and the request has to go through Udemy — we cannot refund a purchase we never took payment for.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits a cancellation or refund right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law where you live gives you a cooling-off period for digital content, asking for immediate access may require your express acknowledgement that access begins before that period ends and that the right to cancel may be affected once it does; checkout presents that acknowledgement when the transaction needs it.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your place of residence.
